CertifyUK ("we", "us") connects landlords, homeowners and estate agents with qualified Gas Safe and NICEIC engineers. We are the controller of the personal information you give us when you use this website and book our services.

Information We Collect
We only ask for the information we need to book and carry out your service:
- Name, email address and phone number
- To confirm your booking, send your certificate and contact you about your visit.
- Property address, postcode and property details
- To check coverage, price the job and send the engineer to the right place.
- Details of the person at the property and parking notes
- So the engineer can get access and arrive on time.
- Payment details
- Processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages you send us
- To answer your questions and improve our support.
How We Use Your Information
- To arrange, carry out and follow up on the services you book.
- To send booking confirmations, reminders and your digital certificates.
- To take payment and prevent fraud.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.

- Card payments are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
- Booking details you enter are kept in your browser session and cleared when you close the tab.
